It’s not so important how you do it, just that you do it. Sit back, for at least a few seconds each day. Release. Go blank. Your mind’s been going and going and going. You’ve worked hard. You’ve had results. But maybe you’re hitting some burn out with all your awesome productivity.

Do you need to recharge? Let’s see what happens though when you stop staying “on” all the time. You might feel amazing after a break. You might be more effective if you spend some time quiet away from your responsibilities.
