A little positive change can go a long way! Especially when it comes to what we eat. I got back on the bandwagon of eating healthier (again) just last week, and I’m already feeling so much better! I have more mental clarity, energy, and greater focus.

I also consider my mostly whole foods diet one of the key ways of staying out of the depths of depression and anxiety. What I eat can either affect me for good or bad, and though I’m not perfect, I keep trying to take care of myself. That’s the only way I’m able to take care of others.
