This week my body was not happy! Lots of pain so this stretching helped a lot. I’ll have to do make-ups for the Cardio Strength and Walk-it-off because my body was not having it. 🙁 Watch for those soon! Thanks for sticking with me and coming back! That’s what health and fitness are all about! 🙂

Give yourself some chill time with this stretching video focusing on our torsos and and core! Also, it seems like the music was too loud this time around. Consider this a class free of my instructions if that’s more your style! From now on I will triple-check the sound and try to make sure that doesn’t happen again!
