A QUICK LEG WORKOUT

Ha ha ha!  So, last week I was super proud of myself for finally making the time to record a workout video and post it online!  And then I didn’t share it here…whoops!  So here it is, my first official blog post with a workout video.

If this is too hard to start with, try just one set.  Or do one set, rest, and join again on the third.  You can also just do four repetitions on each side instead of eight.  However you modify it, the point is to get moving and push yourself.  You won’t regret it!  GOOD LUCK taking care of yourself.  You ARE WORTH IT, so enjoy your body and your life!  Happy Wednesday!
