So much is happening every day- it’s hard to keep up! I’m talking about photos, journaling, enjoying life, cleaning, organizing…all of it! But it’s easier to do any of it when I feel healthy.
My eating habits haven’t been their best lately. With holidays an birthdays and family dinners with extended family, there have been way too many “exceptions.” Then I realized it’s been a while since I’ve posted a recipe, so with the hopes of helping others start that busy day right (and maybe get back on track like me), here’s what I had for breakfast.
Sliced strawberries. Sliced bananas. Honey drizzled on top. This combination is HEAVEN! Soooo good. I had an egg white for some protein too. What a great way to start a day full of good choices. One good choice leads to another. Start it with breakfast. 🙂
