LOTS of practical help for cleaning out your pantry or fridge ( i have some work to do! LOL,) grocery shopping and then walking through how to make delicious every day foods. He actually walks two families through the whole process. My goal is balance, but I’ve noticed I’m not there yet from my food diary lately.
